When do we see end of sub-prime crisis?

We likely have seen the end right now. Remember, stocks anticipate market moves months, if not years in advance, so one would have to wonder why the home builder stocks are up 30% in the 1st quarter of 2008. Unfortunately, crisis is a catchy buzz word that is used to sell magazines and advertisements, so the major news sources will continue to use it for the next year.
