Friends,

Though I do not know whether Konarka Technology is listed in US market...but I am writing here what I read in one magazine in India.

As I have already written elsewhere to Felicia,that wolrd will have to find the alternative for Oil, so is also important for the countries to give emphasis on clean environment.

Hope all members here playing in US market will read and write me about Konarka Technology.......

Here it is:

Clean Energy Craze which was once called as Renewable Energy Craze has begun in US, Europe and Asia perticularly in India.

GE,Toyota,Sharp and investment firm like GoldmanSachs are making multi billion dollar bets on Clean technology.

The sector which comes in it are:

1)Solar Energy

2)Wind Power

3)Biofuels and Biomaterial

4)Green Building(don't know what it means exactly)

5)Personal Transportation

7)The smart Grid

8)Mobile Application

9)Water Filtration.

These all comes in Clean Energy sector.

And the stock in talk is Konarka Technologies based in Lowell , Massachusets is revolutionozing the solar industry with <u>"Power Plastic",</u> a flexible solar cells that work with both outdoor and indoor light.The idea is to mold the cells into laptops, cell phones and beyond.

Power Plastic converts light to energy anywhere.It is inexpensive, lightweight,flexible and versatile.The material makes it possible for devices , systems and structures to have their oen low cost embedded sources of renewable power.By integrating energy devices, Konarka allows manufacturers to offer truly wireless applications.

I see this company going public by end of 2009 or before. Limitless potential, faster and cheaper than First Solar (fslr) panels and produce more than 10x the power.
